For even QUICKER gear ratio (off the line, roll on's, wheelies), Request a 16 tooth front sprocket. 1t front sprocket is the most versatile way to gear it quick, this way you can switch back to a stock 17t with the same length chain.

This quick ratio will be much quicker, but slower top speed with higher freeway cruising rpm's. LOWER HIGHWAY CRUISING RPM's. Request a 38t rear sprocket or a 18t Ft. This -1t rear sprocket is a very slight change that will be a little faster top speed, but very slightly slower off the line. The +1t front is a VERY noticeable change lowering freeway rpm's significantly, raising top speed, slower off the line.

A 1 tooth change in the front is equivalent to a 3 tooth change in the rear.. EXAMPLE: (-1 tooth front = +3 teeth rear) or (+1 tooth front = -3 teeth rear). Is the same as +4 rear only without changing the front. Stock gearing is the factory calculated "happy medium" of both low end acceleration and top end speed.
